Free Shipping on orders over $50

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Purely Radiant purchase. If our products don’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Key Return Details

  • Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable
  • Proof of purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
  • Shipping method: Returns must be sent via tracked service

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items with broken seals (including Face Wash & Cleanser, Facial Toner, and Face Serum & Treatment products)

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name(s) and quantity
    • Reason for return
    • Confirmation that items are unused and in original packaging
  3. Wait for approval (we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions)
  4. Ship your return to our Baltimore facility using a tracked service
  5. Receive your refund once we process your return

Refund Process

  • Timing: Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To replace an item:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Place a new order for the desired item once your refund is processed

International Returns
