If our products don’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns process with the same attention to detail we apply to our serums, creams, and treatments.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Products must be returned via tracked shipping

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products, including our Face Wash & Cleanser, Facial Toner, and Face Serum & Treatment items once their seals have been broken.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our skincare experts at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include the following information in your email (see template below)
  3. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship your return to our Baltimore facility using a tracked service
  5. Receive your refund once we’ve processed your return (see refund timeline below)

To ensure we process your return efficiently, please use this format when contacting us:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To replace an item:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Place a new order for the desired item once your refund is processed

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately – we’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian countries and remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a tracked courier service (DHL or FedEx) for returns
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
